Questions about sets
How is the set price calculated?
Just like in the cart: Shelter and Miyuki bracelets, necklaces and the pin each have their own quantity breaks — the more pieces from one line, the lower the price per piece. The builder shows the price live, and the discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Can I mix designs and lines?
Yes. One set can include different Shelter Bracelet designs, different Miyuki colours and different necklace models. The breaks are counted separately for each line — for paw necklaces it's −15% for 2 pieces and −20% for 3 pieces, and models and colours can differ.
Can I buy a set as a gift?
Of course — it's a popular choice for couples, friends and families. Every order supports shelter dogs across Europe, and you have 30 days to return it.
How exactly do you help shelter dogs?
Nasza Łapa is a shop, not a public fundraiser. Born in Poland, we use our sales of bracelets, necklaces and pins to fund help for shelter dogs across Europe — starting in Poland, where we work with partners such as the Stowarzyszenie Oczami Zwierząt animal welfare association.
What we fund depends on current needs: sometimes food, sometimes vet treatment or equipment. Our actions in Poland are documented in our Help Diary (in Polish) — with the date, place and photos.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We ship orders within 24–72 hours (business days) and delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Shipping is free on orders over €39 (449 kr in Norway). Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
What if the product doesn't fit or I don't like it?
You have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn't right, email pomoc@naszalapa.pl — send the product back and we'll refund your money. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
How can I pay?
Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay — the methods available in your country are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by certified payment providers; we never see your card details.
