A warm shelter instead of steel and concrete
We donated PLN 8,000 to the "Container instead of a kennel" fundraiser on pomagam.pl — it closed at PLN 20,270 of its PLN 20,000 goal and gives homeless dogs a safe shelter instead of metal pens.

Honestly, how it works
Is Nasza Łapa a foundation or a fundraiser?
No. Nasza Łapa is an online shop born in Poland. We don't run a public fundraiser — we sell bracelets, necklaces and pins and use our sales to support shelter dogs across Europe. In Poland, where we started, we work with organisations such as the Stowarzyszenie Oczami Zwierząt association. The rules of this cooperation are described in our Terms of Service.
How do you decide where the help goes?
We help shelter dogs across Europe, starting in Poland, where we were born. We ask the people on the ground: our partners and the shelters tell us what's missing right now — sometimes food, sometimes urgent surgery, sometimes kennels before winter.
Where can I check that the help really arrived?
In our Help Diary (in Polish) we document every action with the date, place and photos. Some updates are also published by our partners on their own profiles — e.g. Stowarzyszenie Oczami Zwierząt.

How exactly do you help shelter dogs?
Nasza Łapa is a shop, not a public fundraiser. Born in Poland, we use our sales of bracelets and pins to fund help for shelter dogs across Europe — starting in Poland, where we work with partners such as the Stowarzyszenie Oczami Zwierząt animal welfare association.
What we fund depends on current needs: sometimes food, sometimes vet treatment or equipment. Our actions in Poland are documented in our Help Diary (in Polish) — with the date, place and photos.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We ship orders within 24–72 hours (business days) and delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Shipping is free on orders over €39 (449 kr in Norway). Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
What if the bracelet doesn't fit or I don't like it?
You have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn't right, email pomoc@naszalapa.pl — send the product back and we'll refund your money. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
How can I pay?
Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay — the methods available in your country are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by certified payment providers; we never see your card details.
